Guidelines for posters
| 1. | The maximum poster size is (H x W) 118.90 cm x 84.10 cm (DIN A0). Appropriate adhesive material will be available at the poster help desk on site. |
| 2. | The posters will be exhibited during the whole congress on the multi-purpose area 2 of the congress centre. All posters must be mounted by Thursday, 14 June 2012, 11 a.m. and left there until Saturday, 16 June 2012, 2 p.m. |
| 3. | All authors are requested to attend their posters for questions and discussion as follows: Friday, 15 June 2012, 16.00-16.45 hrs. Each poster author will be given the opportunity to present his poster (2 minutes). During this poster inspection, personal attendance of the posters authors is mandatory. |
| 4. | The Executive Board of the DGNC will be notified in case authors do not mount their poster as confirmed by the Programme Committee. |
| 5. | In order to maintain the international character of the congress and to enable all delegates to present their work in an optimal manner, all posters must be prepared in English. |
| 6. | Posters that have not been removed by Saturday, 16 June 2012 3 p.m., will be disposed of. |
Should it not possible for you to hang up your poster, please ask one of your colleagues to do it for you.
